Trend Signal Now: Insiders Buy the Dip

Every weekend, I dig into our insider filings tracker looking for the biggest conviction buys — and this week we saw activity across healthcare, aerospace, asset management, internet, insurance, and consumer names.

Let's take a look:

In healthcare, Anteris Technologies $AVR saw a sizable $28.7M Form 4 purchase from L1 Capital.

That's real capital stepping into a medical instruments name.

In aerospace & defense, TransDigm $TDG had its President & CEO buy $1.2M worth of stock.

When the decision-makers want more skin in the game, that's information you can't ignore.

Asset managers were active too. Ares Management $ARES saw a $1.27M purchase from Ashish Bhutani, while KKR $KKR had a $5.2M buy from Timothy Barakett.

In internet, Reddit $RDDT saw a $7.5M buy from Sarah Farrell. That's a meaningful purchase in a high-beta, high growth name.

Insurance broker Aon $AON logged a $1.28M insider purchase, and in consumer discretionary, Mattel $MAT saw its Chairman & CEO step in with a $1.0M buy.
