Hey everyone,
This morning's Open Bar covered a lot of ground.
The big takeaway is that participation continues to broaden, even as some of the usual leaders take a breather.
Industrials, materials, and financials are breaking out, energy is quietly setting up for something much bigger, and China continues to show real momentum beneath the surface.
We also discussed the bifurcation in tech—semis trending well, software still lagging—and why some rotation there would be healthy– and even expected at this point.
When more and more groups are working– like they are now- it creates opportunities beyond the obvious names. It's the dream environment for active traders.
I spent a good chunk of time on energy and China specifically, walking through why both still look early in their moves, not late. We also hit crypto, metals, financials, and a handful of live chart requests from the chat.
If you want the full context and the charts from the show, you can catch the replay here.
Thanks, as always, for the great questions and engagement.
We'll see you next week on The Open Bar.
