Welcome to The Strazza Letter, a free note with market insights from me, All Star Charts Chief Market Strategist Steve Strazza. |

December doesn't reward new ideas. It rewards repetition. Year-end mechanics do the same thing they always do — tax-loss selling, rebalancing, and price getting stretched away from value for reasons unrelated to fundamentals. The traders who do best aren't predicting outcomes. They're executing the same process each time the setup appears. VWAP matters here because it gives you a consistent reference point when price detaches from equilibrium. When pressure fades, the unwind tends to be technical, not emotional. On Thursday, Kenny is walking through the VWAP framework he uses to trade these distortions repeatedly — a structure that becomes even more relevant once earnings season begins. |
