We're heading into the retail portion of earnings season, and a few disconnects are getting hard to ignore: - Price action isn't matching on-the-ground demand
- Some "strong" brands are flashing weak traffic
- A few beaten-down names look healthier than their charts
- And several retailers are entering earnings with inventory positions that don't fit the narrative
