It's a great representation of European equities, more so than something like Denmark, for example.
Germany is it, and it's making new all-time highs along with the U.S. Indexes.

You could.
But what it really reiterates is that it's just a bull market. Not only in America, but for stocks in general, as the strongest bull markets tend to be.
